  This is CHET, I’m the guy who started this site about John in 2005 (that’s my DUDDY poem in the BACKGROUND, Hahaha!!!) In April ’06, 2-and-a-half years ago, I turned it over to MIKE FARNHAM who has done a FANTASTIC job with derrydestroyerduddy. Although Mike has always told me I could write something here whenever I wanted, I haven’t had much to say (so I haven’t) but TODAY, I DO. You see, Saturday night my adopted daughter AMY flew up from Texas to celebrate her 30th with us in NYC!!!! MAUREEN SHEA and EDDIE McLOUGHLIN (Moe’s promoter AND John’s, from “Irish Ropes”) joined us at LEGENDS on 6 West 33rd Street, go to my site about MOE, www.xanga.com/MOEspace, for more DETAILS and PHOTOS. Anyway, Moe and Eddie left EARLY that night and paid PART of the BILL for us!!!! And I just learned today that this generous gift was from JOHN, as WELL!!!! THANK YOU John Duddy, for DOING that!!!! Thank you MIKE for letting me “pinch-hit” here and  Amy, HAPPY BIRTHDAY  AGAIN !!!
